These terms describe what Astronna offers and the rules for using the service.
The service
Astronna generates astrological readings and forecasts written by AI from the astronomical calculation of your chart (birth date, time, and place). It is self-knowledge and entertainment content — not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Your account
You are responsible for access to your account and for providing truthful information. Readings and credits are tied to it.
Credits
Each reading consumes credits — the cost is shown before revealing. Purchased credits stay in your account and do not expire.
Subscription and free trial
Plans are monthly and include bonus credits and, depending on the plan, reading quotas. Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial; when it ends, billing is automatic unless you cancel first. You can cancel anytime — access lasts until the end of the current period and credits already granted remain yours.
Payments and refunds
We charge via Pix (AbacatePay) and card (Stripe). Payments are final: revealed readings and consumed credits are not refundable — the content is generated on demand and delivered immediately. Problem with a charge? Talk to us: support@astronna.com.
Your content
Generated readings are yours for personal use. Sharing them by link is optional and under your control.
Availability
The service is provided as is and evolves over time — features may change. We will make reasonable efforts to announce relevant changes.
