Astronna

Privacy Policy

Updated July 2, 2026

This policy explains, in plain language, what data Astronna collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Account data

Name and email, provided by you or brought from Google when you sign in with it. If you create a password, we store only a hash of it — never the password itself.

Birth data

Birth date, time, and place that you provide to generate readings and forecasts. We treat them as private: they never appear on public pages on their own — a reading is only visible to others if you copy and send its share link.

Payments

Payments are processed by AbacatePay (Pix) and Stripe (card). We do not store card numbers — only the transaction reference, amount, and status.

Site usage (analytics)

We record navigation events (screens viewed, purchase clicks) through the Himetrica service to understand and improve the product. For signed-in users we associate name, email, plan, and signup date. Birth data is never sent to analytics.

How we use data

To generate your readings: astronomical positions are computed by a specialized service that receives date, time, and coordinates — without your name; the text is written by an AI service from that data. We also use your data to operate credits and subscriptions, send access emails (magic link), and improve the product.

Who we share with

Only with the processors that make the service work — astronomical calculation, AI text generation, payments, email delivery, and analytics — each receiving the minimum necessary. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time via the contact email below. Deleting your account removes your personal data and readings.

Retention and security

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Passwords are hashed, access to your data requires an authenticated session, and each reading is private to its owner.

Changes and contact
